Atlantic View Lodge.
The new Atlantic View Lodge opened in the fall of 2011 and offers our premium accommodations, as well as beautiful views of the bay. The Atlantic View Lodge is situated by our outdoor pool and hot tub, within 100 yards of the shore and close to our private pebble beach. Options in this location include one king or two queen beds, handicap accessible rooms and two-bedroom suites.

Oceanside.
These rooms are truly Oceanside, situated in two small buildings within 100 feet of the shore. Guests may select from rooms with one king, two queen beds or two queen beds with a sleeper sofa. Other options in this category are our pet-friendly accommodations and handicap accessible rooms.
Pet Friendly Accommodations.
The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel accepts pets. Advance reservations are required for pet-friendly accommodations. A $35 per night fee applies.
Maine Building.Rooms in our Maine Building (shown here behind the Willows) afford the convenience of being centrally located in the same building with our breakfast room, indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room. The Maine Building is situated about 200 feet from the water’s edge on a hill and offers expansive views of the bay. Guests in this building may select from rooms with one king or two queen beds. We also offer kitchenettes and handicap accessible rooms in the Maine Building. |

The Willows ~ Bar Harbor Bed & Breakfast.
The Willows B&B is a historic estate located on the grounds of The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel. Built in 1913, The Willows was completely renovated and refurbished in 2008 and now offers the finest accommodations on the property. The Willows is an enchanted escape with 13 guestrooms including a deluxe penthouse.

Seaview Cottage.
Centrally located on the property, this 2 bedroom house offers great ocean views, wrap around deck with ocean veiw, kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, washer / dryer and all the property amenities including indoor / outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness room and tennis courts, sleeps 6 - 7.
